What happens first
If it's a fit, we agree a start date and what we need from you. That's it.
Your week, day by day
Most of the work is ours. You'll spend a couple of hours with us across the week, and your team will spend a little time in training.
Day 1
We learn your business — and send your first look
We go through how your business runs: how enquiries come in, how you quote, how jobs get done, how you invoice, and who does what. We look at your industry and send you an initial template and an instructional video the same day, so you can decide what to change. We gather your spreadsheets and exports.
Day 2
We build and set up
Your system goes onto its own server space. We shape the screens, fields, forms and workflow stages around your business, and add your logo and layouts.
Day 3
We bring your data in
Customers, contacts, products, price lists and anything else you rely on come across and get checked, so it's all there on day one.
Day 4
We train your team
Short, plain-English sessions, built around the jobs each person actually does. The office learns the office side; the team out on jobs learns the mobile app.
Day 5
You go live
You start using it for real. We're on hand to answer questions and fine-tune anything that doesn't feel right.
What we need from you
Not much. We'll tell you exactly what to send and when.
- A couple of hours across the week to talk through how you work
- Your existing spreadsheets, lists or an export from your old system
- Your logo, and examples of the quotes and invoices you send now
- The names of the people who'll use it, so we can set up their log-ins
- A little time from your team for training

Do we need to know exactly what we want before we start?
No. Most people don't. Tell us how you work today and what frustrates you, and we'll suggest the simplest starting point.
Will it disrupt the business while you set it up?
Very little. We build it alongside what you use now, and you only switch over once your data is in and your team has been trained.
We're not very technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Everything is explained in plain English, and the training is built around the jobs your team actually does.
What if our data is messy?
That's normal. We tidy it up as we bring it in, and check it with you before you go live.
